Special for Hydraulic Manifold Blocks · Flanged Mounting with Zero Leakage · Full Bore Coverage from KHP-10 to KHP-32

Core Selling Points

  • Exclusive for Manifold Blocks: Specifically designed for hydraulic manifold blocks (valve blocks), featuring flanged mounting and direct bolt fixation. With a compact structure, it fundamentally eliminates the risk of leakage from tubular connections.
  • Full Bore Coverage: Offers a complete range of bores, including KHP-10, KHP-16, KHP-20, KHP-25, and KHP-32, meeting various flow requirements from control circuits to main oil circuits.
  • High-Pressure Performance: Tailored for high-pressure hydraulic systems, with a standard pressure rating of up to 31.5 MPa, ensuring safety and reliability.
  • Standard Interchangeability: Mounting dimensions comply with international standards (such as ISO 4401), perfectly compatible with mainstream domestic and foreign brand valve blocks, featuring strong interchangeability.
  • Diversified Operation: The top of the valve stem is standardly equipped with a square head or hexagon socket, allowing easy installation of manual handles, gearboxes, or pneumatic/electric actuators.

  • Product Overview

KHP type (also known as PKH type) high-pressure flanged ball valve is one of the core basic components of modern hydraulic manifold systems. It is directly fixed on the machined surface of the hydraulic manifold block through the flat seal (O-ring) and bolts at the bottom of the valve body, realizing the on-off control of the oil circuit. This design completely eliminates traditional pipe joints and connecting pipelines, making the hydraulic system structure more compact and neat, and greatly improving the rigidity and pressure resistance reliability of the system. It is widely used in construction machinery, injection molding machines, hydraulic stations and other equipment as a functional valve for main oil circuit cut-off and pressure measuring point isolation.

A pneumatic actuated ball valve is the most cost-effective way to automate on-off control in industrial fluid lines that already have a compressed-air supply. It is simply a quarter-turn ball valve driven by a pneumatic actuator that rotates the ball 90 degrees to open or close the line. The three decisions that deter...

The straightforward answer is that most two-way ball valves are bidirectional, but flow direction still matters for three-way valves, unidirectional seat designs, and high-pressure applications where reverse flow can damage the sealing elements. This article explains exactly when flow direction is critical, how to ide...

Finding a reliable 3 way control valve manufacturer comes down to three measurable factors: pressure class, body material, and connection type. These three variables cause the majority of early-life valve failures in industrial service. For example, a hydraulic test bench running at 31.5 MPa will quickly destroy a va...
